FMH Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Livitsanis as Chief Strategy & Operations Officer (CSOO). Chris will also serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer until Saul Resnick assumes the CEO role in February.
The creation of the CSOO position underscores FMH’s commitment to driving growth and operational excellence. Mr Livitsanis will lead strategic initiatives focused on organic and inorganic expansion, enhancing customer experience, and leveraging technology to strengthen FMH’s competitive advantage.
Mr Livitsanis joins FMH from Boston Consulting Group, where he led the Operations practice for ANZ and played a key role in building the M&A capability within the Industrial Goods sector. Prior to Boston Consulting Group, Mr Livitsanis’ has also held senior executive roles in ASX-listed global companies and major private enterprises, with extensive experience in logistics both in Australia and internationally.
With a proven track record in supply chain, operations, and procurement, Mr Livitsanis has advised and led businesses across logistics, FMCG, packaging, and resources. His expertise in strategic growth, complex integrations, and operational discipline will be instrumental as FMH continues to deliver value for customers, partners, and shareholders alike.
